常見問題

 1. 如何使用網上訂購服務?
 請先登記成為板前、板長寿司網上訂購用戶。登入後選擇套餐或單點食物,按 「立即訂購」鍵,然後選項便會加到訂單。

 2. 經網上訂購的訂單處理程序是否跟外賣熱線一樣?
 是。 網上訂購系統與分店銷售系統直接聯上,所以在處理程序上,如同您親往分店或致電外賣熱線一樣。

 3. 我需要用什麼瀏覽器?
 詳情請參閱「閱覽須知」。

 4. 網上訂購的產品價格如何? 有沒有最低消費及速遞費用要收取? 
 
    網上訂購的產品價格與外賣速遞及外賣自取的產品價格完全相同。全日免收外送費。星期一至五(公眾假期除外),外賣速遞服務之最低消費為HK$150。星期六、日及公眾假期,外賣速遞服務之最低消費為HK$200所有價格,板前、板長寿司保留最終決定權。

 5. 板前、板長寿司網上訂購服務需要收取額外手續費嗎?
 我們的網上訂購服務沒有額外的手續費。

 6. 板前、板長寿司網上訂購接受什麼付款方法?
 透過網上訂購的產品,請於交貨時用現金或信用卡付款 (只適用於Visa/ Master卡)。板前、板長寿司保留隨時更改網上訂購的付款方式,並會在網站刊登通告。

 7. 如何處理網上登記的資料?
 所有個人資料之存放絕對保密,不會與第三者共用。如欲知詳情,請參閱「私隱聲明」。

 8. 如何輸入或更改外賣速遞地址?

 您可於確定訂單前隨時按「外賣速遞」鍵選擇或更改送貨地址。如需要協助搜尋送貨地址,您可在「關鍵字地址搜尋」輸入要搜尋
 的地址。例: 淘大花園,按「搜尋」後,所有「淘大花園」的地址會全部列出。

  9. 如何選擇或更改自取分店?
 您可於確定訂單前隨時按「外賣自取」鍵選擇或更改取貨的外賣自取分店。

 10. 如果忘記了密碼怎辦?
 請按「忘記密碼」鍵,然後輸入電郵地址,密碼將會電郵到您的登記電郵。

 11. 我於選購食物程序中或於已完成選購食物程序後,網頁發生錯誤怎辦?

 如於選購食物程序中網頁發生錯誤,請再選擇食品一次。至於已完成選購食物程序後網頁發生錯誤,您可致電確認電郵上的製作
 分店,查詢訂單。

 12. 若我完成網上訂購後,想更改訂單內容,怎麼辦?

 完成後的網上訂單已直接輸入板前、板長寿司的銷售系統,我們職員會以電話方式確認此訂單。若有更改,請即時向職員提出要
 求更改之內容。

 13. 我已經登記成為板前、板長寿司網上訂購用戶,但仍未收到確認電郵,應如何處理?
 i)      用閣下所登記的電郵及密碼登入系統 (http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html)
 ii)     於版面上按「請按以下按鈕送上啟動電郵」便可
 iii)    按確認電郵上的超連結便可
 註 : 請查閱垃圾郵件內之電郵

 14. 登記成為會員後,為何仍未能登入系統檢視個人資料?(假設顧客尚未確認登記)

 顧客必須開啟已登記之電郵郵箱,查閱由板前、板長寿司發出的確認郵件,並按下郵件內提供的超連結,登記方為有效。

 15. 如何更改「登入密碼」?
 i)   用閣下所登記的電郵及密碼登入系統 (http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html)
 ii)  於「您的購物籃」按「更新密碼」

 iii) 於版面上填寫「原密碼」,然後重新填寫「登入密碼」及於「重新輸入登入密碼」再輸入多一次
 iv)  更改後,按「確定」即可

 16. 如何更新會員資料?
 i)   用閣下所登記的電郵及密碼登入系統 (http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html) 
 ii)  於「您的購物籃」按「更新資料」
 iii)  更改後,按「確定」即可

 註: 您的電郵地址一經確認,即不能修改。如須更改電郵地址,請重新進行會員登記。

 FAQ

 1.    How to order food online?

 Just register to become our member for ordering food! Then select items you wish to order from either set-meal or A-la-carte menu, press “Order Now” button.
 The selected items will then be added into the ordering form.

 2.    Does online ordering have the same processing procedure as hotline ordering?

 Yes! Online ordering system is directly connected to sales system of all shops of Itamae, Itacho Sushi. So the method processing procedures are the same as
 take-away or calling delivery hotline.

 3. What browser should I use? 
 Please refer to “Viewing Note” section.

 4. How is the food price through online ordering? Any delivery charge? 
 The food price of online ordering is exactly same as Take-away and delivery order at hotline. No delivery charge is required. From Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday), the minimum spending for delivery service is HK$150; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, the minimum spending for delivery service is HK$200; and Itamae, Itacho Sushi reserves full discretion on all final prices.

 5. Will there be any extra charge for online ordering through the Itamae, Itacho Sushi website? 
 We don’t have any additional charge for online ordering. 

 6. Which is the acceptable purchasing method for online ordering? 
  Payment for products ordered through the Online Ordering service can be made by cash or credit card (Visa/ Master card only) payment.  Itamae, Itacho Sushi reserves the right to amend the payment method and notice on the Itamae, Itacho Sushi website.

 7. How will my personal information will be handled? 
 All the personal information will be stored safely. It won’t be shared by any third party, Please refer to the Privacy Policy statement for more information. 

 8. How do I input or change my delivery address? 

 You can choose an address any time by clicking the “Delivery” button. If you are having trouble locating your address, you can also use the search function under
 the “Address Search by Keyword” field. (e.g. After you enter “Amoy Gardens” in the field and press the “Search “ button, you will be able to select from a list of
 addresses containing the specified keywords.) 


 9. How to choose or change "take-away” shop? 
 You can choose any shop to collect the food by clicking the “Take-away” button during ordering process. 

 10. How should I do if I forget the password to login? 
 Please go to “forget password’ and enter your e-mail address. The password will be sent to your registered mail box. 

 11. How should I do if an error page occurs before after I finish ordering? 

 If the error occurs before the confirmation, please complete your order again. If the error occurs after the confirmation, you can call the shop on the confirmation
 e-mail and check your ordering form with them. 


 12. If I want to change the selected items after making the order, how should I do? 

 The ordering list will be sent directly to the sales system of Itamae, Itacho Sushi after you finish the order. Our staff will contact you to confirm this order over the
 phone, if there are changes to be made, please inform the change list to our staff during the confirmation call.

 13. I have registered online membership with Itamae, Itacho Sushi, but haven’t received any confirmation e-mail, how should I do? 
 i) Login with your registered email and password (http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html)
 ii) Click on “Click here to re-send the activation email
 iii) Check the link on the confirmation email.
 P.S. please also check your email junk box

 14. I have already registered for the Online Membership, but why I am still unable to review the personal information in my online account? 

 Please sign in to your registered email address, click on the hyperlink embedded in a “confirmation email” sent by Itamae, Itacho Sushi in order to complete the whole
 registration process. In some cases, due to some personal settings of your registered email account, the confirmation email may be classified as junk mail. You will
 need to move the confirmation email back to inbox and click the hyperlink for activation.

 15. How can I change my login password? 
 i) Login to your account using your registered email(http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html)
 ii)  In “Your Cart” then click the “Change Password” 

 iii) Enter your old password in the “Original Password” field and new password in the “Password” field. Re-enter the same password under the “Re-input Password”
     field for verification

 iv) Please click “Confirm” button for confirmation

 16. How can I change my profile?
 i) Login to your account using your registered email(http://www.37663766.com.hk/category.html)
 i) In “Your Cart” and click the “Edit Details”
 ii) Update your profile in the fields
 iii) Please click “Confirm” button for confirmation

 P.S. Your registered email address cannot change after the confirmation. If you would like to change your e-mail address, please register once again.
